Prince Ned Nwoko is a Nigerian lawyer, politician, philanthropist, and businessman. He was born on December 21, 1960, in Idumuje-Ugboko, Delta State, Nigeria. Nwoko attended the University of Keele in Staffordshire, England, where he earned his law degree. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds several chieftaincy titles.
Nwoko's business interests include telecommunications, construction, hospitality, agriculture, and entertainment. He is the founder of the Ned Nwoko Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on community development, education, and environmental conservation. In 2019, he was appointed as the Chancellor of the University of Malaria.
Nwoko has also been actively involved in politics. He served as a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives from 1999 to 2003, representing Aniocha North-South and Oshimili North-South federal constituency. In May 2019, he was appointed as a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Tourism and Development.
In 2019, Nwoko made headlines when he married the popular Nigerian actress and singer, Regina Daniels. The couple has since welcomed a son.
